Our speciality Breed is English Bulldogs/Frenchies and hard to raise litters, but I have raised about every breed there is. If you are breeding Bulldogs, you understand that these are the HARDEST TO RAISE LITTERS - And Unfortunately , not all babies can be saved even with the very best care.
I am by no means a miracle worker and can not save all puppies{ NO WHELPER OR VET CAN} However I will do the very best I can to provide the BEST possible care for your precious little ones. I give 110% of my time and 32 + Years of knowledge . We have Incubators and Oxygen Support along with Hand Raising, Neonatal Care if needed. ***REMEMBER WE ARE NOT GOD- We can not see underlying conditions, that could be effecting, puppies and litters, however, we will give supported care round the clock.
We have Oxygen concentrators, Incubators etc. for Neonatal Intensive Care for newborn babies.
If You are an established customer, and I have your vet records already on file, and you are booked/ deposit for your spot has been placed, you may drop them off immediately after C- section and I can keep them as long as you like up to 10 weeks as long as litter is going along as normal.
***If you have not reserved your whelping spot and we take you mom/pups on a Last minute basis, you will be charged $250 in addition to your weekly fees. We stay booked ***
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CONTRACT THRU DOCU - SIGN.COM THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ALL SHOTS must be up to date before we will take in a mom. NO EXCEPTIONS

* We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. We will update you as much as possible on how your puppies/moms are doing At Least one time a day With Pics/Videos and If we are having Difficulties we will contact you immediately & let you know what is going on.
We Do NOT respond to phone calls/ text etc. Before 10 am or after 9pm Please know, MOST Of The Time "NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS" *I put my phone on Silent a lot of the time so we are Saving puppies or trying to get a few moments of sleep.
WE DO NOT work normal business hours & sleep when I am able & up ALL hours of the nights.
(We prefer to spend our time taking care of the litters and do not have time for Long phone calls and non stop text.)
* If you do Text us & it is after midnight & Before 1o am and we are able to move things around to take your mom or your litter, you will be charged a extra $50 Late Night Emergency Connivence fee
IF YOU HAVE A MOM OR PUPPIES THAT ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF ANY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE-Example: PARVO- CHV Etc.
YOU MUST PICKUP YOUR MOM/BABIES IMMEDIATELY- NO EXCEPTION!!!! -
I WILL HAVE TO DISINFECT MY ENTIRE HOME/KENNEL/NURSERY TOP TO BOTTOM AND WILL NOT HAVE TIME THE TIME TO "MEET YOU HALF WAY/PARTIAL WAY ETC." I WILL ALSO HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO COME IN AND HELP ME SO THAT WE CAN HAVE DISINFECTANT DONE IMMEDIATELY.
PAYMENT AT PICKUP MUST BE MADE IN CASH IN THIS SITUATION and NO PUPPIES/MOM- WILL LEAVE IF NOT PAID IN FULL- IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS, THEY WILL BE TAKEN TO THE NEAREST 24 HOUR VET OR BOARDING FACILITY AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CARE- I WILL NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY ARE TAKEN AND AFTER THEY ARE DROPPED OFF THRU THE EMAIL/PHONE YOU HAVE ON FILE IN YOUR CONTRACT. IF you refuse to pick up your puppies, They will be transported immediately to a boarding facility and all vet bills / your final bill, transportation fees etc- will be paid by you.

We DO NOT accept Aggressive Dogs, If your dog bites, growls or lunges we will ask you to come and pick her up no matter how far you have driven. The majority of time, owners already know what their dam will do so there are

We can continue to care for the litter but they will be on Hand raised bases, and mother must leave the premisses immediately, If mom will not let me close to her or puppies, I can not properly care for the babies the way they need to be taken care of. You will be sent a weekly invoice each week.
All Billing Cycles start on Sunday and end on the following Saturday.

* IN ADDITION TO HAND RAISED OR SPECIAL SITUATIONS- PUPPIES THAT ARE NOT THRIVING AND REQUIRE NON STOP 24/7 Neonatal Special Care, Will be Charged and Additional $100 per puppy per week or $25 per puppy per day, if on a daily rate.
FOR SURVIVAL- CLEFT LIPS- And Special Needs Puppies are an EXTRA $100 PER WEEK IN ADDITION TO WEEKLY EXPENSE-
Tube feeding/Bottle Feeding/Additional added feeding besides mom or in addition to mom.
If Moms are staying in our care before c-section, Boarding Fee of $25 per day until puppies have been born and then the mom’s will be included in cost of the litter care until puppies are on mush.
Moms will go back to to a boarding fee of $25 per day at 6 weeks of age if still in my care.
MOM CARE IF ARRIVING UNHEALTHY- $500 Per Week Until At Least 2-6 Weeks (See Below)

*Care for Moms that arrive Unhealthy is $500 per week- Includes Mom/PuppyFood/ If needed to be hand fed or hand cooked for Food Bill for your pet. YOU must pay all your females vet bills.
This is for moms that come to us with Worms/Giardia/Coccidia/Mastitis/over all unhealthy/Skinny (Malnutrition).
Puppies will be pulled off mom and hand raised Until I have the mom back in shape with Special Food/Vitamins and Medication.
This could take 2-6 weeks depending on the situation (Vet will Decide).
***** The Best way to prevent this is have your female in Excellent health BEFORE and AFTER Breeding along with a vet visit to make sure you have no issues going on before her C section.
I must have the vet receipt on file before you arrive to rule this out.
If your mom comes in and shows signs of being unhealthy you will be charged the $500 a week fee to get her back in shape.
Healthy Moms = Healthy Puppies - Unhealthy Moms = Unhealthy Puppies {thus costing you more $$$ and lost puppies in the long run}
*Please provide Mothers food when dropping off. If you do not, she will be placed on our Food at a cost of $5 per day for her food on our food.
Mush for puppies-
This has become VERY expensive, as some of our customers have-not wanted to send food. YOU MUST HAVE CHEWY DELIVERED AT OUR HOME BY THE TIME LITTTER IS 3 WEEKS OLD.
Please have place your order of your preferred food thru Chewy.com and of course no charge for the food you have sent. * If you need to drop your female off while pregnant and have me take her for the C section, the cost for my service to transport and care during/after c-section is $250 I will be in the back with the bitch during the entire c section process and keep you updated. In some situations I may not be able to take her for her c section so PLEASE inquire ahead of time so I can see if I can provide this service and also get her booked with Dr. Nunn for C section.
The $250 does not cover the Cost of the C- SECTION. It covers four hours driving time/ before and after care of
c-section along with me having someone sit with the other puppies while I am gone.
*Price per day is $20 for boarding until she delivers and then it will be included with weekly nanny service of litter.
* You will be responsible for the C-section and all medical cost at time of service and a Credit card will need to be on file with Dr. Nunn at Integrity animal hospital in Kingland Ga. If I am able to take your female in. If I have more than one litter it is not possible for me to take them for a c section. and even then I might not be able to go that far.
If I have to pay the vet bill the cost will be DOUBLE
You will be informed of any vet trips and you can correspond with the vet unless it is an absolute emergency and you can not be contacted.
* Mothers must have their Yearly Booster/Rabies /Kennel Cough / Wormed
Records must come from a licensed Vet And be Up To Date Even If Puppies Are Being Hand Raised.
I also prefer them to be Brucellosis tested before dropping off just to rule everything out
.Please email me her vet records showing proof before she comes to me.
*I will supply worming as needed for mom/puppies at appropriate ages at no additional cost.
*All Vet services MUST be paid for upon services rendered.
I can transport puppies for their shots/ vet checks etc. if still in my care.
My local vet fee for transport is $20. (local Vet)
Transport to Dr. Nunn is $100 (Bulldog Vet In Kingsland Ga)
*You will need to keep a credit card on file with both my local licensed veterinarians.
Services are due at time it is rendered. You will be contacted before any vet visit has taken place so there is no suprises unless it's a life treating emergency and you can not be reached.
If I have to pay the vet bill the cost will be DOUBLE.

*Puppy Kits to send home with your new buyers are $50 each -I take a lot of special time to prepare these and they are packed full along with a Book that tells EVERYTHING about(you) the breeder/Pedigrees/Pics and Much Much More.
